Requirements for CBAA
The CBAA obligations under CAR 604 for the POC Program are:
- develop operational standards;
- certify operators in accordance with the standards;
- select, train, and accredit auditors;
- implement a dispute resolution process; and
- develop a fee structure for managing and administering the program.
